Welcome to Ultimate Golf Perks (“UGP,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.ultimategolfperks.com (the “Platform”), regardless of your location.

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

  1. Global Use of Platform

UGP operates as a global platform connecting members of participating golf clubs across multiple countries.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with:

-All applicable laws in your jurisdiction

-Local regulations and restrictions

-Club-specific rules and policies

We do not guarantee that the Platform is available or appropriate in all jurisdictions.

  1. Overview of Service

Ultimate Golf Perks is a private reciprocal golf network that enables approved members to access tee times, experiences, and offers at partner golf clubs worldwide.

UGP acts solely as a technology platform and intermediary and does not own, manage, or operate any golf clubs.

  1. Eligibility

To use the Platform, you must:

-Be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction)

-Be an approved member of a participating golf club

-Provide accurate, current, and complete information

We reserve the right to approve, deny, or revoke access at our discretion.

  1. Member Accounts

You agree to:

-Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials

-Not share your account or invite codes

-Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

UGP is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your account.

  1. Bookings & Third-Party Services

All bookings are fulfilled by independent partner golf clubs Clubs are solely responsible for: -Availability

-Pricing

-Course conditions

-Service quality

UGP is not a party to transactions between you and any Club.

We may integrate with third-party services (e.g., Stripe) to process payments.

  1. International Transactions

Due to the global nature of the Platform:

-Prices may be displayed in different currencies

-Exchange rates are determined by your payment provider

-Additional fees may apply (e.g., foreign transaction fees)

You are responsible for:

-Currency conversion costs

-Banking or card fees

-Taxes applicable in your jurisdiction

  1. Cancellations & Refunds

Each Club independently determines:

-Cancellation policies

-Refund eligibility

-No-show penalties

By making a booking, you agree to the specific Club’s policies. UGP does not guarantee refunds unless explicitly stated.

  1. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

-Misrepresent your identity or club membership

-Circumvent platform controls or security measures

-Engage in fraudulent activity or chargebacks

-Interfere with or disrupt the Platform

Violations may result in suspension or permanent removal.

  1. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform—including text, graphics, branding, and software—is owned by UGP or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws worldwide.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written consent.

  1. Third-Party Links & Services

The Platform may include links to third-party websites or services.

UGP is not responsible for:

-Third-party content

-Privacy practices

-Service performance

Use of third-party services is at your own risk.

  1. Privacy & Data Protection

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

  1. Limitation of Liability (Global)

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

UGP shall not be liable for:

-Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

-Loss of bookings, travel expenses, or experiences

-Actions or omissions of partner golf clubs

Some jurisdictions may not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

  1. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless UGP from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

-Your use of the Platform

-Your violation of these Terms

-Your interactions with partner golf clubs

  1. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you:

-Violate these Terms

-Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior

-Create risk or harm to the Platform or other users

  1. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

We will post updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

  1. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

You agree that disputes will be resolved in the courts of British Columbia, except where local consumer protection laws require otherwise.

  1. Language

These Terms are provided in English. In the event of any translation, the English version shall prevail.
